Orders are shipped directly from Israel, by Registered Air Mail . Shipping cost is based upon the weight of the item shipped, and will therefore be cheaper per item for multiple items.( Products of better quality are more weighed ).

The shipping price is calculated automatically. ( Minimum = $5.)
Regular goods are usually shipped within 1-3 working days.
To South America, Asia and Oceania, the shipping price increase $4.
We despatch all orders up to $150 by Registered Air Mail, allow + - 14 days for delivery from despatch date.
All orders of above $150 are sent via EMS messenger services.
Goods by EMS are usually delivered within 3-5 working days from the despatch date. ( EMS or DHL gives door to door delivery service ).
Please note that once the product is in your country, you will be liable for any stamp duty, tariffs, or import fees that may apply. We have no control over these charges and not able to predict what they may be.
You should contact your local customs office for further information.
Working days are: Sunday / Thursday, excluding national holidays in Israel.
Note :
To Ship via EMS ( parcel less than $150 ) incurs an extra $14 to the shipping price, the order will be received within 3 / 5 working days.

4) Changing or Canceling order :
After you have clicked "check out" , your order cannot be changed. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must call our Customer Service at tel. 972-52-2584607. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

We make the shirts one by one for our customers.
However, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizes and colours, as long as we have supplied you with the information in the original order ; for all itens in our website ( shirts, sandals, etc.. ).
We`ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item,( shipping, handling, and insurance charges excluded ).
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
For regular goods you will be credited for full amount paid ( shipping, handling and insurance charges excluded ).
For personalized items you will only be credited for 50% of your payment.( shipping, handling, and insurance charges excluded ).
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes.
